    Dear Support,
    Is it possible for a visitor on our website to use WP Chat App to initiate a webcall or web video call using Whatsapp?
    For the avoidance of doubt, we don’t mean a normal, terrestrial phone call.
    Is it also possible that our customers to call us pro-actively using whatsapp?

    Hi @beachholiday ,

    I’m so sorry that we missed your message.

    Please let me clarify that our plugin functions based on what is allowed by the WhatsApp API.

    So in this case, once customers click to chat, then it would redirect them to their WhatsApp mobile application or desktop application or WhatsApp web, where they can contact you (and for sure make video or voice calls as a normal WhatsApp feature that it is).
