Yo can insert link for paypal donations in any place of popup window – simply using popup text editor.
Here you can generate –
paypal button – https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/get-started/buy-now-button
donate button – https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/get-started/donate-button

Follow the instruction and generate the link. Copy and paste it into the popup text editor. Save the changes and check the popup.
