    I have seen good reviews about WP Survey And Quiz Tool
    and would have two questions.

    1. How does WP Survey And Quiz Tool prevent that People do not vote more that on time. bB IP-Filtering or cookies?

    2. Is WP Survey And Quiz Tool also available as widget for WordPress
