Vote results, delete Logs and Data

Hello, I can’t find the way to display a list of the most voted posts on my website, showing the number of stars that each one received, I have added on Widgets the Ratings Widget but it’s showing only 1 result, I have played and changed all the options but still showing one result.
The other question it’s that I am not able to delete logs and data, everytime that I press the button I get this message:
An Error Has Occured While Deleting All Rating Logs For Post ID(s) .
How can I fix this things? Thank you!
