No, it’s on “automatic” and the same thing happen when I’m on manual and I put the shortcode.

Really really strange.
This is what happens: in the javascript code something from your site adds some html tags that brake the javascript and make it impossible to rate the post.
Usually this happens when is used inside an other shortcode (only in few cases, I use it inside another shortcode on my personal site and works fine).

Can you please just try to select (only for a few moments) another theme and see if it works? If we found a theme conflict maybe I can work on it somewhere.
