Voting Plugin

I need a plugin that will allow me to display several images, each having a radio button for voting purposes. The votes need to be tallied up somewhere in the back end, so that I know which one wins. This sounds like very simple functionality, but I can’t find a plugin that will do this. Does anyone know of anything that will do this? Thanks in advance.
