Voting script and/or plugin

I have a site where two people argue over a topic per post then people can read their comments then vote on who had the better argument.

The problem is I can’t find a voting system that works the way I need it to.

Here’s what I need:

1) I need for the voting buttons to show up BELOW the comment section
2) I need to be able to turn voting off per post
3) I need only two buttons
4) I need for it to only allow one vote per IP address

Can anyone recommend any scripts or plugins that I can use that has this functionality?

One’s I’ve tried that I don’t think work the way I need them to:
1) Polldaddy rating system (This one is close, but I can’t get it to show up BELOW the comment section)
2) Likebot plugin (This one is also close but I couldn’t turn it off per post)

Please help! ARG!
