The plugin offers 6 detection methods: for example – IP Address, PHP Cookie, IP Address time, IP Address PHP Cookie time, PHP Cookie time.

Possibility to specify the time of re-voting. After what time can you vote in the poll again.

My current settings are like this, but my previous settings were only IP
