Voucher field on Enrollment

    We have several courses linked to a voucher that I’ve created as we want to prevent anyone from gaining access to all of the content.

    The problem I have is that the LMS is set to require the voucher code on enrollment (Open registration)

    “Voucher
    If required, users can only use open registration with a voucher.
    If optional, users may redeem a voucher during open registration.
    If hidden, users can only redeem vouchers on their dashboard.”

    however the field is not visible and does not prevent the user from enrolling

    Is there perhaps another setting I’m missing?

    Which of the options do you currently have set for the field?

    How do you currently have it configured?

    Can you post your system report or a link to your registration page so I can take a look?
