Voucher is adding incorrect place value

  • If a customer orders a gift voucher for say $50, the voucher displays this:
    Voucher Value: $ 5.050,00
    I am considering upgrading to the pro version but scared that this will not resolve the issue. I have double and tripple-checked all settings but it inserts the incorrect dollar value onto the Voucher PDF and also into the emailed receipt. I am using the latest version of WordPress and the latest version of “Gift Cards (Gift Vouchers and Packages) (WooCommerce Supported)” Version 4.4.4

    Thanks, I didn’t think the WP Sofa support chat option was going to actually work, but it did.
    Thanks for responding to my questions in the wp-sofa site as we trouble shoot this issue.
