Voucher not an option in Woocommerce product adding

    Hi, I’ve just installed this plugin. I want to allow vendors on my woocommerce marketplace to sell their own gift cards. But gift card/voucher does not seem to be an option in the woocommerce ‘add product’ area, as has been the case with other similar plugins I have recently been trialing. I see that there is a tab for ‘gift vouchers’ in my admin dashboard. i have tried to create gift card products through that, but I have no idea where they are published to on my website. I guess I am doing something very wrong. but I would also like to be able to let the vendors on my marketplace sell their own gift cards, and the gift voucher tab is not available on the vendor admin dashboard.

    any thoughts on those two points?

    Hello @tb99

    Have you created the default pages from settings? If yes then One page has been created “Gift Voucher” named. You can see all the vouchers from that page.

    Also, regarding woocommerce, you can see the woocommerce enable option from settings. Just need to enable it. Then you can allow your customers to redeem voucher from cart page. Your vendors can add the vouchers from their account but if you have one site setup then all can see that and no separate settings for each users.

    Also, for your note vouchers has separate checkout flow It will not sell as product.

    Are you using the free version of the plugin? If yes then just for your note free version don’t have this option. You will get woocommerce option in pro version of the plugin.

    Hi, I saw this above:

    Does this mean we can’t sell the gift cards that will be redeemed at our store? How else would someone buy the gift card?

    If I misunderstood, how do we add that?
    If I am correct, then I’d like to suggest that as a feature, as I personally am not sure what to do with your product without that.
