Voucher Press- Voucher not found Error

  • Hi,

    I am using VoucherPress 1.5.4 on WP 4.01. Since the latest updates – not sure if WP or VP, it looks like the old “Sorry, that item was not found” error when trying to download a voucher after registration.

    I can see the GUID of the user in the downloads table, but whenever I click on the link for the Voucher (link containing voucher id and Guid), the above message is returned. It worked fine a few months ago.

    Could anyone help?

    An addition:
    Looking into the headers I can see that it is a 500 server error that it is returned.

    Is it possible for you to find details of the error in your error log on the server? That will give very valuable information in tracking down the cause of this problem.

    Your hosting company may be able to help if you don’t know how to do this yourself.
