    Hi Vasyl!

I tried 2.0Beta3 to hide VoucherPress plugin, and it damaged the plugin’s built in TCPDF module. It was formerly worked, but now the generated pdf files are corrupt, they are containing only a message:

???<strong>TCPDF ERROR: </strong>Some data has already been output, can't send PDF file

The author of the VoucherPress plugin said:

This is almost always because another plugin has sent some content (even just whitespace) to the browser before the voucher has been created.

Try turning off all plugins except VoucherPress and making sure you can download your voucher. Then turn your plugins back on one-by-one and seeing at what point it breaks.

    (Topic here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/voucherpress-pdf-is-damaged-doesnt-open?replies=4#post-5076096)

But it doesn’t solve the problem, not when I turn off, but even if I delete AAM totally. I couldn’t fix the problem.

Have you anny idea for a fast solution?

  • Hi Sir Gabriel Simon,
AAM can not damage any plugin or file because it does not modify anything related to physical filesystem.
My suggestion is to install WP Error Fix and see if any errors are triggered.
Or you can go directly to your Server Log and check if there are any errors inside.

    Regards,
    Vasyl

    Hi Vasyl!

The VoucherPress plugin worked correctly until I was setting it “Restrict all” in the admin menu in a role. After that there was no way back.

Now I did what you suggested, and the WP Error Fix says “There are no errors to display”.

    Have you any other idea?

    SGS

If you deleted AAM totally and it still does not work, there must a reason somewhere else. Try to deactivate all plugins and themes except VoucherPress and check if it works.

I did it, and nothing changes, VP is still not working. :@

I am thinking about deleting all the site, and starting over, and watching what happens exactly.

    Hi Sir Gabriel Simon,
I do not think that this is a easier way to go. But if this will work for you and it’ll be quick, than you can try.

    Vasyl

    Hi Vasyl!

Yesterday I created first a complet new database for the WP, and started the page from the first step. I was turning on only the VoucherPress, nothing else. Nothing changed. The I deleted all the page, started from creating the domain parity in the hosting’s admin, and NOTHING CHANGED, the VoucherPress didnt’t work! ??

I was thinking about the former steps what I did, was the problem really because turning on the AAM? I was not sure anymore. I have used a free webhosting place, where I learned about the WordPress building, there I tried a lots of plugins before I made my own domain. Maybe the bug occured when I went to the final hosting?

So I started to compare the two pages files, maybe I can find something difference between them. First was the wp-config.php file. There I found some difference, and tried it, and look a wonder, it was working! Now in my site works the VoucherPress and the AAM also, with great friendship to each other! ??

So the bug wasn’t because of AAM, and I apologise you about the false accusations! The AAM is the best access manager plugin what I had find through my investigations, and I thank You to build it! And thanks the helps, and hints also, I learned a lot…

    Hi Sir Gabriel Simon,
Great Job by the way. It is really hard sometimes to track down this kind of issue! I’m impressed.

Thank you for your update & Regards,

Sometimes looks like an Agatha Christie novel, isn’t it? Who could be the code-killer? ??

Thanks for the recognition, for me it has meaning, I am working with WP since 2-3 weeks… ??
