Voyage Theme Extra Row of Home Widgets

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to add a second row of Home Widgets to the Voyage theme and if so how? I am not looking to have any posts just a relatively static website.

At present I am using the footer widgets to add content but realised that the footer disappears when the screen size decreases so that’s no good.

I am playing with different page templates at the moment but will leave the home page alone so that you can see what I have done there.
