    Hello – I’m having an issue with this plugin when customers are using a VPN. For example, I have a customer in Iowa whose VPN has her located in the United Kingdom. She can change her location at checkout, but she’ll get an error message that there are no shipping rates associated with her location and then she cannot proceed with her order. How can I bypass this while still keeping the weight-based shipping options per country?

    Hello @erostad,

    It sounds like the customer’s geolocation overrides the country she provides on checkout. Do you have geolocation enabled on your website, either built-in or third-party? If so, you can disable it temporarily to see if it helps.

    Also, it might be helpful to double-check which shipping zone WooCommerce matches for the problematic order. You can see it on checkout when WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping option > Debug mode is enabled.
