VPS Crashed now no sidebar section in admin

  • on the 14th january my VPS crashed, my host got it back up and running but since then in the admin widget area i have no sidebar so my sidebar no longer shows on my website. When i now look in the error logs i see this:
    [Tue Jan 15 22:10:44 2013] [warn] [client 81.157.207.119] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function dynamic_sidebar() in /var/www/clients/client2/web2/web/wp-content/themes/construct/sidebar.php on line 5

    I have tried disabling all plugins but that didnt help, i have no idea which way to turn, any help would be appreciated

    this is now resolved, i found that when ever you viewed a page it logged you out aswell, i re-installed wordpress and it fixed all problems
