    Hi,

    Because I had to fix the widget constructor all existing contact form widgets are removed from your website after update to version 11.4. So you need to set existing widgets again.

    There are no issues with contact forms that are added with the shortcode.

    If you have access to your database you can make widget visible again.

    1) Open your database
    2) Open the wp_options table
    3) Look for option name widget_vscf-widget
    4) Change into widget_vscf_widget
    5) Save

    Now widget can be added to relevant widget area via the widget page.
