vSlider widget only shows posts from categories, skips all the pages

  • Hello,

    vSlider is a perfect plugin (I cant find better for what i want – widget slider to show featured images form specified category posts and pages with links, kind of a product slider) but i have a problem. I use another plugin “Map Categories to pages” so i can set categories for my pages, not only posts.

    But somehow vSlider widget only shows posts from specified category and skips all the pages. I use vSlider 4.1.2. The plugin skips the page even if it has all the same content and same featured image as the post in the same category.

    Please help me! Where is the problem in my case?

    I would suggest to use vSlider 5.0.1.
    We’ll no longer be supporting 4.X issues. You can search about them in our forums.
