Vulnerability detected in WPScan

Hi there, WPScan picked up a SQL injection vulnerability in this plugin: https://wpscan.com/vulnerability/7ad59661-b43c-42fc-8575-4039312ab0b3

Please could you tell me if this will be addressed? My host is asking me to remove the plugin but it’s currently managing all of our gift vouchers.
