Yes, please provide an estimate for the release date. I need to decide if I can wait for it or if I need to replace with another plugin.

Just saw the error in WordFence this morning:

    • The Plugin “Popup Builder” has a security vulnerability.Type: Plugin Vulnerable
    • Issue Found October 24, 2024 9:30 amCritical

Same question, is a patch hitting soon? If not I need to uninstall. I feel like this is the 2nd time in the past year or so this has happened. I’m not being overly critical, but we may need to just go with another plugin.

Folks, check your popups for redirects to bad sites. Check as a visitor, do not login as an admin.

And btw, this tip still applies:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/what-to-do-when-popup-click-redirects-to-an-unknown-website-2/

I just cleaned a popup that while opened, was automatically redirecting to the website of a bad actor.

    Hello,

We have recently released an update to address the redirect issue. Users now have the option to disable the custom JS/CSS section in the popup. For enhanced security and functionality, we strongly recommend disabling this feature unless it’s actively needed. Please navigate to ‘Popup > Settings’ and ensure the toggle is set to OFF if you are not using this feature. Additionally, for your site’s security, verify that there are no unknown users with administrator or editor privileges on your WordPress site.

Thank you for your attention to these details.

Should you have any questions, you can visit our support page, where you’ll find options to chat with us or send an email. Our team is available to assist you and will gladly address any concerns you may have.

    Best Regards
