• After installing and configuring W3 my conversion plummeted and I had NO SALES in more than two weeks…I was reading some forum posts and saw some people complaining about an interference between W3 and Amazon. I emptied the caches/purge and boom…there were my sales.
Can anyone help me with this?
I really like the plugin, but I can not run out of my conversions.

    Thank you

  • HI,

I have the same problem. After I installed W3 Cache Plugin, I no longer get the sales from Amazon. The clicks are there, but no sales, so I’m guessing this plugin somehow blocks Amazon cookies…

Once I removed the plugin, the sales were back. Purging the cache didn’t help, when the plugin is activated, I can’t get any sales. How do I fix this problem?

    Thanks

Add the cookies into Page Cache > Advanced > Rejected cookies

    Hey nigro
i have facing some problem with this plugin
if cache is enabled then everything is working fine but if i turn of the cache for homepage then it will increase the CPU Load upto 99% i want to do that because i have to show different content for different countries but due to cache i am unable to do that stuff.
    Can you please assist
    Thanks

w3tc can’t support something like “different content for different countries”. w3tc only cache page. If you need “different content for different countries” try to use “different PAGE for different countries” and all works without any issue, eg.:

    https://www.yoursite.com/en_US/
    https://www.yoursite.com/en_UK/
    https://www.yoursite.com/fr_FR/

this is the standard way for make what you want.

How and where I find the Amazon Cookie to add to the “Reject Cookies”?

    affiliate-program.amazon.com ? (edit)
