W3 Cache creating major podcast feed issues

I just spent the last two days trying to figure out exact why my latest podcast wasn’t showing up in my feed.
After much experimentation, I’ve found that when I turn Disc: Enhanced to Disc: Basic, my latest podcast, which I publish through Blubrry, shows up in my podcast feed in the feed validator. When I switch it back to Disc: Enhanced, it disappears.
Great. So, I’ve figured it out! However, now the time to “grab” the feed goes from .01 second to almost 5 seconds, which could be a HUGE issue for my podcast feed.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions for how to be able to use Disc: Enhanced again? I’ve had both PowerPress and W3 Total Cache for a long time, and this is only a new issue that is occurring.
