Hi – I’m having a problem using complianz with W3 Cache minify.. as soon as i switch on the minify function of w3 cache the pop-up fails to appear..

I have tried with minify on, with all js excluded in the W3 settings, and tried specifically excluding all complianz related js but to no avail.

keep getting the error: Uncaught ReferenceError: complianz is not defined

switching the minify settings off entirely fixes the problem – all other plugins / theme are working as they should with the W3 minify on.

    thanks

    Hi @webdash Dave,

I will check if I can reproduce the issue.

We don’t know about any compatibility issues with W3 Total Cache, so I will see what I can find.

    regards Aert

    Hi @webdash,

Could. you try only disabling Inline CSS minification? Under Minify.

Thanks for the quick reply and advice – yes! that seems to have sorted it.. didnt think to look at the css!

I have also now enabled both minify and combine for JS with ‘non blocking defer’.. all working so far.

    really appriciate the help,
    best regards

one final thing – I have the message and alert: No jQuery was detected on the front-end of your site. Complianz requires jQuery.

The plugin seems to be working ok, and I saw another user’s post relating to a similar issue – in which you advised to ignore the error – should i also ignore, or is there some action i need to take / review? (I can start another post if required?)

    thanks
    dave
