Can you please disable W3 Total Cache settings one by one, save settings after each disable and purge the cache. See which setting might be causing the issue.

As you can see in the provided screenshot, it’s bad_content_encoding. Potentially double gzip compression in your environment.
Can you please disable Gzip compression in Performance>Browser Cache and see if the issue persists?

It’s a possibility. You should disable Gzip in WP-Optimize if you want to use it via W3 Total Cache.
It is not recommended to use more than one caching solution as this can cause conflict such as yours.
I am glad to know that we found where the issue was.
