I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
I tried to translate your post and checked your website and as I can see the problem is with the cached admin bar at the top of your page.
YOu should go to Performance>Page Cache, enable the option “Dont’cache pages for logged in users”, save all settings and purge the cache. This will ensure that the cache is not cached with the top admin bar and visit the page logged out to confirm this or from another browser.
