I’m thinking to purchase a PRO version of the plugin but interests me only one thing ( actually two ): 1. how the plugin works with W3 Total Cache having in mind device detection? and 2. how it affects the server load in case of websites with huge traffic?

    Thanks,
    Sikedestroya

Device detection is made with pure js for adsense ads so there is no additional pageload;-)

OK, purchased it ?? Do you have any specific suggestion on how to configure W3 Total Cache ( having in mind WP QUADS )? I mean, I would like to avoid mess with different ad sizes showing up where they aren’t supposed to

    Great:-)

Usually there are no special W3 settings needed. The only thing you need to have in mind is to you use the native AdSense option and not the plain text option to add your AdSense ads on to your site. Otherwise you are not able to use the device detection method.

OK, thanks a lot… Already configured it that way, and specified different ad sizes for different devices.
