W3 Total Cache

    Hi there,

    I am trying to install W3 Total cache but I get the message “Not Supported”. My hosting provider (Cloudways) allows the installation of the plugin and there are no restrictions from their side. I am using the latest version of WordPress.

    When I try to install it using SFTP, the plugin is disabled automatically.

    Could you please help?
