W3 Total Cache and Amazon Cloud CDN: can't login to wp-admin anymore

Since I installed W3 Total Cache with Amazon CDN I can’t login to my site anymore. When on wp-login.php, there’s a re-direct to wp-admin (%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1), and when I type my details, I get stuck in a loop.
When I then go to AWS, and disable everything there, do I get access again to my WP Dashboard.
What goes wrong?
