• I have both running and notice that the First Name and Last Name, which are “required” by WP-Members settings, don’t populate into the WordPress database. There is a suggestion that the cache is interfering. Do you have any suggestions on how to restore this functionality? Is there an exclusion that I should set?

Thanks. I love the speed enhancement of W3 Total Cache.

  • I have exactly the same issue, first and last name don’t populate the database….and other fields, also.

I would think you’d want to exclude the “member settings” page from page cache since the same url will need to have different content depending on who is logged in.

Has anyone come up with a solution for this?

I have my WP Members set to https://www.domain.com/gallery so I have added ‘gallery’ to “Never cache the following pages” but still the database and the emails I receive do not contain the First Name, Date of Birth and other fields.

I have also add the ‘wp-members’ directory but again with no luck.
