• We are using w3 total cache on one of our websites and there seems to be an issue with being able to access pages when www. Is added at the start of the address. Here is a sample page

    mydeen.club/hajj-guide

This link works fine but if you add www. At the start it will redirect to a gzip file in the cache folder that W3 creates.

  • Works fine for me. I notice it redirects http(s) “www” (e.g. https://www.mydeen.club/hajj-guide) to the https non-www page (ie, https://mydeen.club/hajj-guide)

Like @amiga500, I am redirecting to the same page for both URLs: https://mydeen.club/hajj-guide/

Could you please check in a different browser, or maybe in a private window?

Hey guys. I had fixed it after I posted this topic. I had to add my own rule into htaccess to redirect it there. Not sure why totalcache was causing this though because it was only happening on that page.
