W3 Total Cache – cannot empty caches, blank page generated

  • When I try to empty any of the caches within W3 Total Cache, a blank page is generated and I have to exit wordpress (cannot log out because no Admin or Dashboard page shows). When I log in again, caches were not emptied.
    Running opcode:XCache for pages, disk cache for Minify. Suggestions appreciated.

    Think we found answer. Admin authentication must be turned off:
    Description:
    xcache.admin.enable_auth = Off
    This needs to be set in php.ini.(cPanel = /usr/lib/php.ini)
    as well as,

    /home/XXXXX/public_html/testing/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/ini/xcache.ini
