[W3 Total Cache] CDN Only Works For Logged User

    Installed W3 Total Cache with Page Cache : Enable, Minify : Enable, CDN : Enable (Self Hosted/FTP Upload).

    After successfully uploading attachments,wp-includes,themes and deploy it. CDN only works for attachments (cdn.mywebsite.com/wp-content/upload/), but not themes images (mywebsite.com/wp-content/themes/mythemes/images/).

    This issue only for NOT Logged users, so it will happen to all my visitor.
    There’s no problem for Logged In user.
