W3 Total Cache Cloudflare Extension

Hello, I just found out about this plugin and must say it looks incredible.

I just set things up and wondered about a specific thign:

About W3 Total Cache, you mention that this plugin can be used in conjunction. Just disable the Page Cache in W3 Total.

Now, my question is: what about the W3TC Cloudflare Extension? Does it make sense to enable that one? Should it stay disabled since the WP Cloudflare Page Cache take care of all those other settings?
