    Hello,
    Your plugin seems amazing but after installing it, your plugin crashed the database of my website :(. Do you know where this issue come from and how to resolve it?

    I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
    As I can see the W3TC is disabled at the moment.
    I am not quite sure what you mean by crashing your database so can you please clarify that?
    Also, let me know which settings are/were enabled in W3 Total Cache General settings, and make sure that Database Cache and Object Cache are disabled if the only caching method available on your server is Disk.
    Are you using any other caching solution at the same time besides W3 Total cache?

    Thank you a lot for your reply. Yes, I uninstalled your plugin because it crashed my website. A few minutes ago, I re-installed your plugin and then activated it. But it crashed my website again. I got the page showing a message “Error when connecting to the database. This means either that the username or password in your wp-config.php file is not correct, or that we cannot contact the database server at (name of the database).mysql.db. This may mean that your database server is down…
    I do not know why !

    Thank you for your feedback.
    One thing that can possibly cause the problem is conflict with another plugin that may be using the same drop-in files in the wp-content folder and potentially the conflicting .htaccess rules.
    I would advise completely removing all caching plugins you may have installed including W3 Total Cache.
    This includes all files and folders including advanced-cache.php db.php and object-cache.php
    In other words, please make sure that the fresh W3TC installation is performed on the clean website (Other caching solutions)
    Since the problem occurs immediately after the activation (Please correct me if I am wrong), and the only thing that is enabled by default in W3TC is the Browser Cache setting, there is a chance that the .htaccess rules are conflicting with some manually added rules or rules added by some other plugin.

    Dear Marko,
    Thank you for your reply and help. Before installing this second time, I removed already three files advanced-cache.php db.php and object-cache.php and the folder W3 Total Cache and I did not have any else cache plugin. The first time, the same thing was happened.
    Maybe the issue came from the .htaccess rules as you said but I am not at all the expert so I am “afraid” to touch to this file :(. So I do not know what to look at into this file ??

    Thank you for yoru feedback.
    I’ve checked the website and I am also seeing Status Code: 200 (from service worker) header.
    I can also see the following headers:
    cache-control: max-age=30672000, public, immutable
    content-encoding: gzip
    If W3 Total Cache is not enabled, and the cache control is added and gzip header, something else is adding those headers which I do not see in the .htaccess you shared.
    have you registered for service worker at some point?
