W3 Total Cache Error – can't understand the solutions

Hi,
I did a mass-update of plugins and afterwards I cannot log in to my admin page. I receive this: W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /hsphere/local/home/infodegerby/degerby.se/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.
There are lots of suggested solutions to this, but unfortunately I don’t understand them. For instance, where do I find this: /hsphere/local/home/infodegerby/degerby.se/wp-content/advanced-cache.php. I can’t just enter it in the browser. But it can hardly be stored locally, since I can admin my page from any computer. I’d be grateful for any advice.
