W3 Total Cache Error on Database Update

  • Recently got “Database Update Required” when going to /wp-admin.

    Then tried to rename W3 Total Cache. Got the following:

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/iseromax/iseroma.com/wp-content/db.php.

    I tried both re-installing the plugin and removing the /db.php.

    Problem still occurs. What am I doing wrong? Can you please help? Thank you!
