W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re

  • While updating Yost SEO and another plugin, the following error occurred: W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove E:\web\nerdgob2\wp-content\advanced-cache.php.
    There has been a critical error on this website.
    I cannot access the admin dashboard to remove or re-install anything. I have been trying to find a way to access it, but I did not create this website, even though it is now mine, and I know very little about how to go about it. My domain is with Go Daddy and is hosted on WinHost. I do not appear to have access to a cpanel.
    Please help!
