W3 Total Cache Fix

Multi Device Switcher works great with cache plugins like w3 total cache.
In the page cache settings of w3tc add “multi_device_switcher” without the quotes in the Rejected user agents.
this addresses the issue raised in https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/support-for-caching-plugins?replies=2
