    Hi Guys,

I have been using w3 total cache since 3 to 4 years and it was just working fine. Recently I tried 2,3 other cache plugins which were not functioning well so I switched back to w3 total cache. Now, i am facing a stage problem with this plugin. When I go to the general settings page and checkmark all the cache options, the refreshed page shows that all the caches are enabled. But after few minutes when i reopen the general settings page, I see that all the cache options on general settings page have been disabled again.

I don’t know why this is happening. It automatically disables all settings whatever i do.. please help.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @johnfederico2020

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
As I can see in the HTML source:

    <!--

This means that those options are enabled and the plugin is working as expected.
You should make a copy of the master.php file in /wp-content/w3tc-config/ after you enable the settings, save all settings, and purge the cache. Then reload the page and see if those settings are disabled. If that’s the case check the /wp-content/w3tc-config/master.php file again to see if the settings are disabled or share the file so we can check it out.
    Thanks!

    Hello @johnfederico2020

    Thank you for the information.
Something seems to be messing with the master.php. The does not look like how it’s supposed.
I can see that you are not using W3 Total Cache anymore is that correct?
    Thanks!
