W3 Total Cache Help

Okay so I am working on trying to speed up my website even more and I have made some progress but I have ran into a few problems when using W3 Total Cache. When I select to minify the jquery my site stops working properly. Here is the url Bauder Extreme Design how can I increase the speed of my site without losing the functionality that is present? Also I can’t figure out how to stop W3 Total Cache from making my blog postings on the home page shortened I am talking about the lower right hand side of my home page that says from the blog I don’t want my blog titles shortened like that how can I fix this as well. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
