W3 Total Cache hijacked My Blog

  • Hi,
    I recently install Apture plugin and after that, W3 Total cache. While I like initial performance of plugin, I noticed that if blocked Apture from search my blog. In fact, Apture was denied any access(their bots could not reach site). So, I disabled it. Bit after disabling, when I go to any single page, I get a 404 error! I tried removing W3’s code from htaccess too but no help!
    Can you help me with this?
