[w3 total cache] images not showing on site

hi, i am experiencing a very complicated problem, i have tried searching but can’t get a solution. I am using w3 total cache plugin. When the plugin is active the images on my website do not appear when logged out of wordpress, but appear when you are logged in to wordpress admin. When i deactivate the plugin, the images show up normally even when logged out. check it out here https://www.whatsuptrendy.com
