W3 Total Cache in Community Mode – How to enable on new sites?

  • I’m using WP 3.5.1 multisite and W3TC 0.9.2.8 in community mode.

    I need to enable the plugin on a newly deployed site, but I don’t see a way to do this. The plugin doesn’t show up under Plugins for the individual site and I don’t want to network enable it.

    Any ideas about how to accomplish this?
