It seems that if I install and enable W3 Total Cache, it totally disables the WooCommerce API. If I disable page caching, it works again.

I have REST API set to don’t cache. I have tried adding /wc/w3/ and /wc/w3/* to the “Never” list and no change.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @jwestinghouse

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please disable database cache if enabled and see if the issue persists.
If the issue is gone re-enable DB Cache and add /wc/v3/* to “Never cache the following pages:” under the “Database Cache” section.
    I hope this helps.
    Thanks!

Thank you for your reply, however, I do not have database caching enabled.

I also have REST API set to “Don’t Cache” if that helps any.

I’ve checked the CloudFlare settings as well and don’t see anything that stands out. Worked fine before I installed this plugin and activated page caching. Worked fine again when I disabled page caching.

    Hello @jwestinghouse

    Thank you for the information.
Can you please share what other settings besides Page Cache are enabled in Performance>General settings?
Can you please confirm if Woo REST API is v2 or v3?
    Thanks!

    Default settings

Caching I believe is the drive extended.

    Woo is v3

And thank you for time and help. I’m hoping we can find a resolution.

    Hello @jwestinghouse

    Thank you for the information.
Can you please go to Performance>Page Cache, scroll down to the Advanced section, and see if the option Disable caching of HEAD HTTP requests can be enabled. If not, try switching the caching method to Disk: Basic in Performance>General settings>Page Cache, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists.
    Thanks!

Seems adding www before the site fixed that for some reason
