    Hi,

Recently i Installed Wp Rocket because i moved my hosting from Hostgator to WPX. WPX Team Installed W3 Total Cache and they did receommended Settings for me.

The issue i see that W3 Total Cache isn’t Optimized my Website as compared to Wp Rocket.

Also, when i Publish a New Post, the New Post doesn’t Show on my Website, Mobile Device and Desktop. When i Clear Cache then New Post shows.

And today i cleared W3 Total Cache as well as Wpx CDN Cache, then my new post was showing.

Is this Problem with W3 Total Cache Settings?

I was not facing This Problem with WP Rocket.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @saimrasheed

This is the score I am getting. Check the screenshot, please.
Every page is cached once visited, so once the cache is purged the page needs to be visited again to be cached.
You should consider using the Cache Preload option and preloading the website using the sitemap URL. WIth this, every page of the website will be preloaded, and once done, it will start from the beginning.

    Hello Sir !

Does there is a Option of Cache Pre Load in W3 Total Cache? and what do you mean by Sitemap URL?

Another thing! do you Recommend to use Stackpath CDN ? or WPX CDN is working Good?

    Hi,

Now when i selected homepage in Purge policy, the post is showing on homepage on desktop, but not on Mobile

    Hello @saimrasheed

What the Cache preload does is:
    – Check the last offset
    – Check how many URLs are allowed to be processed per run
    – Fetch all URLs from the sitemap (even nested sitemaps work)
    – Loop through a set of URLs to visit them
If the end of the list is reached, it will start from the beginning of the next run. That means that when the last page is reached, it will start from the beginning with the first 10 pages and so on.
Your sitemap should be already generated since I can see you are using the Yoast plugin.
The settings are in Performance>Page Cache>Cache Preload section, and in your case should look like this:

As for the purge policy, once the following are selected:
    Frontpage
    Post page
    Blog feed
All of the above will be purged automatically once the content is changed/updated, or a new article is posted.

I do not see any difference in the mobile and desktop version of your website.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

What’s the Current Site Speed and Score in GT Metrix on ur side?

    Plugin Contributor Marko Vasiljevic

    (@vmarko)

    Hello @saimrasheed

    Thank you for your feedback.
It varies depending on the server load. It’s about the same when the score is good, but a bit lower regarding the LCP and Total blocking time in comparison to the previous test I made.
Be that as it may, I see that you switched to another caching plugin and I am frankly not sure what is the point in this question, except that the free version of W3TC is offering slightly better results than a paid plugin, and also, the cache policy is now not properly set for your images.
    Thanks!

Hi i am Just Testing. I have temporary de activated w3 Total Cache

I am Checking Score and speed for both Plugins.

and for the Cache Policy for images what do u mean by that? how to set that?

    Thread Starter saimrasheed

    (@saimrasheed)

Wjat i can ask you a favour is that if u can de activate Rocket, Clear Cache and Re Enable W3 Total Cache, and you can select the Best settings for the site, and check if all cache polices are working correctly
it will be a huge favour and i can share my credentials through email with u sir

    Hello @saimrasheed

    Thank you for your feedback.
First of all, this is a wp.org forum, it’s against the forum rules to offer to share your credentials, and for me to accept it as well.
In this forum all support is free and I gave you the answers and solutions to every question.
W3 Total Cache has 1M+ installations so I imagine it would configure the plugin for everyone?
If you want us to configure the plugin for you, that is Premium support and you can find the solutions within the plugin settings in Performance>Support.

As for the cache control policy, I am referring to expires header and cache-control header which is W3 Total Cache setting in Performance>Browser Cache.
With the other plugin, these are not set for webp images for example.

    Thanks!

    Hi again,

From last 24 Hours i am checking my website Speed with GT Metrix and it is showing Good Score with 98% . The Speed is Not Changing and Score is constant all the time when i Check.
    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/opportunitiescorners.info/Zij3rUJA/

    Hello @saimrasheed

    Thank you for your feedback.
I can see that you are still using the other plugin. I am glad if you are happy with the results, however, a low score may happen on some occasions for example:
    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/opportunitiescorners.info/ms6izM1A/
Now if you check the test I’ve just taken and shared with you, you can see that the score is B-C
You can always get poor test results depending on the server and the file that may take a long time to load.
And as I’ve stated, the performance tests are even better with W3TC.
    Thanks!

    Thread Starter saimrasheed

    (@saimrasheed)

Yes you are right. Sometimes results poor, maybe depending on server, maybe issue sometimes from server time.

    Plugin Contributor Marko Vasiljevic

    (@vmarko)

    Hello @saimrasheed

    That is correct.
In any way, I would recommend keeping using W3 Total Cache as it offers better performance.
    Thanks!

Thank You. Yes please give me some days while testing!!

Actually what i see that after installing Wp Rocket, my Page speed as well as My website is loading faster when i click and go from one page to another, the page loads faster from one page to another.

Because i see Changed in Loading site faster, and go from one post to another, the page loads faster

So is there any settings in Wp Rocket Maybe, or W3 Total Cache so the page loads fast.

Also, What you are referring to that How W3 Total Cache was Performing Better?
