w3 total cache nginx (ubuntu)

Hi folks,
i’ve followed this tutorial (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Nginx) for installing nginx + php-fpm + wordpress on my server.

It’s all working fine, but i don’t understood how could i use the W3Total Cache rules (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Nginx#W3_Total_Cache_Rules) on my default configuration. It’s not clear how to join the both configurations (default without cache plugin + w3 total cache).

Any tips? Thanks! =)
