[Plugin : W3 total cache] Using database and object cache together

Hi,I use total cache on my small site with not many visitors or much content.I use shared hosting.So,are there any problems for using database and object cache together ? Do they really make my site faster or slower? If I can use only one of there which one should I use or should I turn it off? I’ve got only disk caching available
