W3 Total Cache warning

Greetings. I am getting a warning from Give on the dashboard

“In order for database caching to work with Give you must add give to the “Ignored Query Strings” option in W3 Total Cache settings.”

The current version of W3 Total Cache (v0.9.7) does not have an “Ignore Query Strings” box. It lists:

• Never Cache the following pages
• Ignored query stems
• Reject query words
• Reject constants

I’ve tried a few variants of putting Give into the various boxes but the warning does not go away.

Can you provide us with guidance on how to configure W3 Total Cache so it works properly with Give?
