w3 total cache wp-admin problem

Hi today i went to change my admin password and then i could go in my wp-admin folder and my site dont load as should be.I try remove the w3 total cache via ftp but the problem didnt solve.What should do to resolve the problem ?I have backups of my site with and with not the w3 total cache.If copy all the backup via ftp the version with no w3 total cach this helps ?
