    Can you please share which default settings you used so we can help you to see which setting might be causing this?
    I’ve tested the performance and settings on the default ‘Twenty Twenty’ theme. WP 5.6 and PHP 7.4 and haven’t experienced any issues.
    Please let me know what kind of issue you are experiencing, and share the website URL so I can assist you with this.
    Potentially it’s just a minor setting tweak that needs to be done.
